The keypoints to business cybersecurity

Ikusi, an advanced technology services company specialized in business networks and cybersecurity, offered a free webinar for World Telecommunications Day.

Under the slogan “Invisible technology, visible protection”, Ikusi, an advanced technology services company specialized in business networks and cybersecurity, offered a webinar in which three cybersecurity experts shared from Colombia, Mexico and Spain the essentials on how businesses can deal with cybersecurity challenges in the current environment.

The webinar took place within the framework of World Telecommunications Day on May 17, in which cybersecurity played a fundamental role, since it is an increasing problem for businesses and organizations. This problem is evident at Ikusi’s Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC) which, in the first quarter of 2024, responded to 22.67% more security incidents that in the same period last year.

In the webinar, José Luis Ponce, cybersecurity manager at Ikusi Mexico; Gustavo Bonilla, pre-sales security architect at Ikusi Colombia and Eduardo Pérez, cybersecurity manager at Ikusi Spain discussed the latest trends and threats in the cybersecurity landscape, strategies to protect data and systems against cyber attacks, innovative tools and technologies to strengthen the security infrastructure, real case studies, and best practices for mitigating risk and maintaining business continuity.
